Refunds & Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer must pay for the return, you will be provided with the return address. You have an additional 14 days from the date your return request is approved to return the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will have a time frame to use the shipping label and return your order. If you do not return the item in this time frame, your refund & return process will be cancelled and no further assistance will be offered for the order (no return, refund or exchange will be given).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If not approved, you will be informed of the reasoning and conclusion of the request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Oddkiki records and stores proof of packing for every order to avoid fraudulent claims. We recommend that you record the unpacking of the order so that we can assist you with any issues. Oddkiki is not liable for any damages or losses caused by the handling and delivery (or non-delivery) of the order, but if this situation arises, you can contact us at oddkiki.shop@gmail.com and we can help you make a claim with Royal Mail.
Any damage or defects we determine to be at the fault of the customer will result in the return and refund being denied. We hold the right to request the return of the item if a return is approved based on damages or defects, and whether the item is returned may affect how your refund is processed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure that you get what you want, you must return the item you have in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and once the return is accepted and a refund is approved, you should make a separate purchase for the new item.
Offline Orders
We are not obligated to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for items bought in person unless the item is damaged. If you claim the item is defective or damaged, we will assess the item and either approve or deny the refund or replacement. We may require you to return the item to us.
Sale Items
All sale item sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges are offered for items purchased in the sale section.
